How to Move Towards Your Goal With Incredible Rates of Speed!
Hey, I believe you when you say your aim is to get to
your goal in the quickest way possible. Try
this.
Visualize your goal as if you already have it. Sit down, close your eyes, smile, deep breathe and relax. See your goal, already attained. See it, as your reality. Make a commitment to do this exercise no fewer than three times a day. Next. Write down your goal each and every day in the present tense. For example, I weigh 136 pounds dollars. Or, I happily earn $120,000 a year. This strategy of writing your goal each day, is one of the most powerful
strategies you could ever use for moving towards your
goal at an incredible rate of
speed. When you write down your goal, you put your vision in writing!

I remember this innocent, "back-at-you," "Tongue-Fu," phrase as a
child. Most kids used it for silencing their critics. And it
worked! You see, as children, we knew the incredible damage of negative
and disempowering words. There was absolutely no way we were going to
take ownership or accept any words that would hinder the Spirit of
our Genius. We knew better than to speak unwanted things into existence
or give away our power. We weren't going to let anyone tell us who we
were if it didn't sound nice. We knew that if we did, we would not feel
good about ourselves. If we didn't feel good about ourselves, we
wouldn't have any fun... Wow. We once knew this as children.
Then, we grew up.
It's time to be like a child again. Know that what you say, is what
you are!

What On Earth Am I Here For?
Quite often I counsel with
others and the answer to this question is not very clear.
If you have recently posed this question, let
self-rediscovery guide you in your decision making. Start with writing
down and stating who you are without using titles. Instead, use themes
such as, "industrious in thought and action," "a gift for inspiring,"
and even, "the love of making others laugh." Still need help? Quiet
your spirit and call upon your Creator to direct your path.

It's a well-recognized truth that the omega-3 fatty acids found in fish and fish oil can reduce inflammation, prevent heart disease, and improve brain function. Recently it has been discovered that omega-3 fatty acids combined with exercise, can also help you lose the fat around your belly. Researchers in Australia conducted a study of the combined effects of fish oil supplementation and exercise. The subjects of the study, all significantly overweight, were divided into four groups. One group took fish oil and exercised three times per week. Two groups took fish oil only or sunflower oil only. And a fourth group combined sunflower oil with exercise. Participants who combined fish oil with exercise lost significantly more body fat than any other group, with most of the fat loss occurring in the abdomen. Source - World Wide Web
