The Phenomenal, Focus Factor
What happens when you frequently, fail to focus? Your
dreams, goals and life ambitions increase in distance and eventually
disappear. A solution? It's what I call The Phenomenal Focus
Factor. It's a methodology which helps you consistently focus on
what's most important, and why it's most important. These are the
unsophisticated, deceptively powerful, key components for your success.
You can live your life being distracted by the
unimportant things that will separate you from your destiny; or you can
identify in advance what will make the most impact and realize the most
rewarding, exciting and satisfying results. Make a commitment to stay
focus on what is most important. It is an indispensable part of your
daily success.
No Worries!
Worries. Look around. Yikes! They're
everywhere! Worrying is a waste of your precious energy.
Approach it with this mindset. The following is a list
of some dynamic strategies to help your
worries disappear.
1) Give them away. Give them to God!

2) Discern the worst possible outcome and then
proactively focus on, and then take the actions to revitalize the
situation.
3) Send an email or fax. Make a phone call, take a
drive or "handle it" (whatever "it", is) in
person.
4) Cultivate, then stay at the energy level which
generates positive doing, thinking and feelings.
5) Whenever you're faced with unforeseen or undesirable
challenges, enthusiastically articulate and remind yourself: "No
worries!"

Where Did Your Quarters Go?
It's not often that a single quarter lasts a lifetime.
Just as there are four quarters in every dollar; there are four quarters
in every year. As of today, two of your quarters are now gone.
How did you spend them? Did you invest them? Were they
misplaced? Stolen? Or did you lose them in a "cushion?"
At any rate, take in account you still have two quarters
left. Now, I know that doesn't sound like much to get you through the
remainder of the year. However, used wisely, you can earn a lifetime's
worth of substantial, earned interest, and reaped dividends.

Don't Erase Your Soul From Your Face
During a query with actor/director/producer, Robert Redford, the
interviewer mused out loud: since Redford was getting older, and showing
pronounced, natural signs of aging, wouldn't he want to have some
cosmetic surgery? Redford was clearly caught off guard by the question.
Nevertheless, he looked intently in the interviewer's eyes, and then
replied:
"Cosmetic surgery? Oh God, no! I wouldn't want to erase my soul from
my face. I would rather like to think there is something about me
that is somehow unique. I don't want to look like who I used to be. I
want to look like who I am."
